Most consulting creates dependency. We build capability instead.

We believe AI should make you more capable, not more dependent on someone else to use it. Every session starts with your actual work, not a generic curriculum, and ends with something you can run on your own. We take the work seriously, and we make the process worth showing up for.

Tell Us What You're Building. We'll Help You Get There.

Every great outcome starts with a conversation.

Whether you have a clear brief or just a burning question, we're ready to think alongside you.

Who I Am

This isn't just a business. It's the work I've spent two decades building toward.

I'm Patti Rausch, an AI strategist who helps people and organizations turn complexity into something they can actually use. I lead AI strategy for a national trade association, I've spoken at industry conferences, and I built this practice because I kept getting asked the same question by people in my own life: can you just help me figure out how to use this for my work?

I believe AI should make you more capable, not more dependent. Every session I run is built around your actual work, not a generic curriculum, because the people who get the most out of AI are the ones who already have expertise and judgment. AI just helps them move faster.

My Story

I spent the first part of my career doing the work most people never see. Programs, operations, the unglamorous infrastructure that makes an organization actually function. I was good at it. I was also paying close attention to something most people in that world were not.

When generative AI arrived, I did not wait for permission to understand it. I signed up the day I could. I taught myself, then I taught the people around me, and within a few years I was leading AI strategy for a national trade association, building research infrastructure used across an entire industry, and standing on stages telling executives things they had not yet realized about their own organizations.

But here is the part that actually matters.

Somewhere in that work, I noticed a pattern. The executives who came to me were confident in every other part of their job. And then they would ask me the same question: can you just help me figure this out? Not their team. Not their company. Them, personally. Smart, accomplished people who had built real careers, who suddenly felt like they were falling behind on something everyone assumed they already understood.

I started saying yes. Not because it was strategic. Because I could not walk past that look on someone's face and pretend I had not seen it.

That is the moment Rausch Strategies actually began. Not in a business plan. In a hallway conversation with someone who trusted me enough to admit what they did not know.

I built this practice on a simple belief: people with expertise and judgment do not need to be replaced by AI. They need someone to hand them the tools to move faster, without making them feel small for asking. That is the work. Not novelty. Not hype. Capability, handed to the people who have earned it through years of doing things the hard way.

I am proud of the distance between where I started and where I am now. I am more interested in what happens next, because the people who need this help are not running out anytime soon.
